You may or may not have heard of The Ministry of Health Wig/Topper Subsidy.
This is a payment towards your Wig / Topper or Wig accessories by The Ministry of Health here in New Zealand.
I am a Ministry of Health approved Wig supplier and I can apply for you for this payment to take away the stress of all the paperwork.
How do I apply?
If your hairloss has been diagnosed as medical hairloss by your doctor or a dermatologist I can apply on your behalf once you have made contact with me and made an order.
or
If you have yet to visit your doctor I suggest that you make an appointment before our meeting this section will help guide you as to what the doctors note will include.
The doctors note should include the full medical name for your hairloss and clearly stating if your hairloss is temporary or permanent.
What does it cover?
A few examples are below but there are many medical reasons for your hairloss so dont think that only Alopecia is approved as this is not the case:
- Alopecia Areata
- Non-hereditary female pattern baldness
- Diffuse Alopecia
- plus more.

A 10% deposit is to be made before an order on any wig or topper where I am applying for the wig subsidy on your behalf.
This is non Refundable in the case that you change your mind for any reason after the piece has been ordered and customised for you.
